About

Hi! My name is Elizabeth and welcome to my 365 Project!

I am currently working on my Reading Education Masters Degree. With that said, I am sure you can tell that reading and writing are two huge areas of my life that I am passionate about. Since even before I could read and write, I always had a book or writing journal in my hands, and not much has changed today.

ALong with a passion for reading and writing, I LOVE quotes. For a long time I have been collecting quotes that speak to me.

So when I stumbled upon the Project 365 idea, I thought this could be a fun way to combine the things I love!

Starting January 1st 2012, I will post a quote from a book daily for one whole year. Not only will this be a great way for me to revisit and discover 365 books, this will also be a test to see if I can fully commit myself to a project like this for an entire year.

I believe the right quote has the ability to connect with you in a special way. Some quotes can really speak to us and we are able to relate to them in how they reflect our lives. The right quote from a book has the power to connect and illuminate the meaning and purpose of a book and by relating to the quote the reader is able to connect with the book.

So if you are a lover of books, quotes or both, I hope you will enjoy this project as much as I am sure I will enjoy working on it :)

I’m not sure how you feel about blogger awards but I’ve nominated you for the Liebster Award. http://weelilwimsy.com/ congrats! If you choose not to participate, just know I fancy your site 🙂

    • Oh my gosh thanks for the nomination. I am so glad people have enjoyed my quote blog as much I have enjoyed working on it. I am such a huge fan of quotes and nothing makes me happier than finding the perfect ones to share. I hope you continue to read and enjoy it 🙂
